Information you provide

When you submit a site check, we receive the contact and site details you enter, your agreement to be contacted, the supply details you check and the resulting classification. When you make an enquiry, we receive your contact information and message. A portfolio submission also includes your uploaded site list.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and review the requested site check, assess whether a further discussion is relevant, respond to your enquiry and follow up about that request. The forms ask for your permission to use your details for these purposes. Contact us if you wish to withdraw that permission or ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.

Hosting and form processing

The website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms and made available to the team handling enquiries. Hosting and security logs may include technical details such as IP addresses and requests. Google Fonts receives normal connection information when fonts are loaded. External sites have their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is kept for the purpose of managing your request and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about the information held or request its deletion. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Financial calculator

The separate financial comparison tool calculates within your browser. Its figures are not sent to us by that tool or saved between visits. If you choose to include figures in an enquiry, they form part of the information you submit.

Only share relevant information

Please do not upload passwords, payment details, patient information or other unrelated personal information. Portfolio files should contain only the details needed to assess the sites.
